Product Marketing Director 


Candidate Profile – Software Product Marketer (Sr. Manager or Director level candidate with 7-15 years’ experience)

  • The Product Marketing Manager/Director will be a blockchain products and solutions evangelist and own the go to market plan for product launches and market communications throughout product life cycles.

  • They will have the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits and develop product positioning, messaging and content that resonates with customers along each stage of the buying process.

  • The Product Marketing team currently comprises of associates across the US, India and UK and is expected to grow. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with targeted buyers by understanding our brand, customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Create, manage, and execute the product marketing strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing products to optimize reach, customer acquisition and retention.

  • Conceptualize new products, positioning, messaging, create decks, demos, campaigns, test market, gauge product resonance, refine products and messaging

  • Lead content marketing function including, content planning, creation, scheduling creation of thought-leading product marketing materials and content across digital and print communications such as customer literature, blogs, e-mails, videos, webinars, presentations, web copy, advertisement, and trade show/event material.

  • Develop a competitive intelligence framework and research, manage, and provide key insights that will guide product requirements/positioning and strategic marketing initiatives.

  • Create effective materials and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders like product management, sales, partner marketing and customer success to achieve goals.

  • Partner with integrated marketing team to execute winning marketing initiatives.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the category internally and externally, creating and delivering presentations with confidence.
  • Monitor market and competitive trends, feed insights back into Blue Yonder teams and adjust strategies and execution as needed.


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or directly related experience required.

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience preferably in the SaaS environment, logistics/WMS solutions, or manufacturing, retail and other supply chain intensive industries. Knowledge of blockchain technology and market a plus

  • Strong project planning and management skills, with proven ability to oversee complex projects from origin to execution.

  • Exceptional collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong sense of ownership, work ethic and self-motivation.

  • Experience in these additional marketing areas is a plus: Demand generation, email marketing, social media, and branding.

  • Ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
